Second time purchasing. Fantastic.
I'm 1000+ miles into my first pair and wanted to snag more before they go extinct since a new model came out (haven't tried the 3 yet). These are fantastic shoes. Rugged, durable, comfortable, the stone/blue/orange colorway is sharp, and they LAST. I tend to run my shoes 'til the soles go bald and don't mind a flattened midsole, but these shoes just. keep. going. Just started seeing some fraying on the sides at the forefoot flex point and the front 1-2" of outsole have the lugs worn down. I run 25-40 mi/week on gravel/singletrack/roads in hot, dusty Northern California. They drain well after stream crossings, breath well when it's 100+ F outside, and are comfortable on pavement for a few miles 'til I get to the trailhead. Have ran several rugged, technical 50k races in these and 5 back packing trips of 20-50 miles. No issues. No worries. So comfortable. This shoe does it all for you and feels good while you're doing it. I hope I can still find these next year...
