By incorporating active stretching before running and passive stretch afterward, you can improve your performance, decrease pain and avoid tearing or pulling muscles and tendons. Dr. Sarah Rothgeb with Rothgeb Recovery & Wellness will lead an interactive session, designed to show you the best mobility moves and help you develop a pre and post-run routine to stay healthy. Runners, Cross Trainings and anyone who does cardio, lifting or endurance activities could benefit from this clinic.
