• High VLT (e.g., 58%-69%): Best for low-light conditions, overcast days, or early mornings/late evenings. The Rose (58% VLT) and Photochromic (69-13% VLT) lenses are ideal here.
• Medium VLT (e.g., 23%): Versatile for general use in moderate sunlight. Red Mirror lenses often fall into this category.
