Returns & Refunds

For the 2025 holiday season, items shipped by RunUnited.com between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until 31 January 2026, subject to our listed return guidelines on this page.

Running gear has to work. If it does not work for your intended purposes, then it is of no use to you. 

Returns

You have 30 days from the day of delivery (as indicated by the delivery confirmation) to return the product to us for any reason as long as the product meets Return Conditions and you obtain Return Authorization from our Customer Service Team.

If you purchased an item as a Guest, please send your return request to [email protected] with the following information:

  •   Your first and last name
  •   Your contact email/phone
  •   Your original order number
  •   Reason for return
  •   Subject line should read: RA (Return Authorization) Request

Without exception, ALL RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS require you to procure a Return Authorization or (RA) Number. IMPORTANT: RA Numbers are only good for 10 days after issuance and will not be valid if you fail to return the item outside that window.

Return Conditions

If the item is defective, see Defects/Warranty section below.

Returns for any other reason must be in "like new" condition, which means the item should not have been used. All returns are evaluated for compliance with return conditions, and any evidence of non-compliance may result in damage fees being deducted from the refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, with additional restocking fees up to 15% applicable if parts (such as batteries, manuals, laces, etc.) are missing.

Our company will cover the shipping costs for items that are damaged or incorrect. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Replacements

We're happy to assist with replacements in the event that your item arrives incorrect, defective, damaged, or with missing parts. In such cases, we can offer a replacement for the same item originally ordered. Please note that we’re unable to offer direct exchanges for different products at this time. If you’re interested in a different item, you’re welcome to return your original purchase and place a new order for the product you prefer. Replacements are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse.

Defects/Warranty

If you find your product to be defective anytime after you purchase it, the best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. If you can not locate the manufacturer's email or phone number, let us know and we can assist you in this process. Any product that is found to be defective after the first 30 days from the day of receipt has to go back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return passes the return evaluation process for compliance with our return conditions (3-5 business days) - we will process a refund to your credit card/PayPal account. It takes around 3-5 business days (depending on your financial institution) to post the refund information to your account. Once we confirm the refund with you,  please to speak to your financial institution for any additional assistance.

Clearance Items

All sales on clearance items are final. No refunds, replacements or returns allowed.
